SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On June 18, 2015 at approximately 1:26 am, a member of the Vermont State Police stopped a vehicle on Interstate 91 (northbound) in Dummerston for a moving violation. Investigation revealed that the vehicle's operator, Miss. Michelle Ottenbreit, 23 of Weathersfield, was operating the vehicle after her license had been criminal suspended.

Miss. Ottenbreit was arrested and transported to the State Police barracks in West Brattleboro for processing. After processing Miss. Ottenbreit was released on a citation to report to the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division on July 28, 2015 at 8:00 am for arraignment.
