CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Springfield, Vermont
SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 06/10/15, at approximately 2349 hours, the State Police
were called to investigate a suspicious noise disturbance emanating from behind
a residence off Reservoir Road, in the Town of Weathersfield, Vermont. Upon
our arrival, Dyllan Battiest was located inside a vehicle that was parked on the
Access Road inside the Reservoir grounds. The investigation revealed that
Battiest had consumed alcohol during the evening despite being under the legal
drinking age of twenty one. Battiest consented to perform a preliminary breath
test which revealed that his BAC equaled .178. Battiest had two prior
convictions for consuming alcohol while being underage. He was subsequently
arrested for the violation and transported to the Rockingham State Police
barracks. Battiest was issued a citation to appear in Windsor County Superior
Criminal Court on 07/28/15 for the violation and then was released.
