SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On this date Chief Daniels stopped a motor vehicle for failing to use a turn signal. During Chief Daniels investigation, it was learned that Mr. Putnam had given a false name in attempt to hide that fact he had an outstanding Warrants for his immediate arrest. Mr. Putnam was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windsor Criminal Division located in White River Jct. on December 16, 2014 at 0800 hours for this offense, and lodged in SSCF for the warrants.
