First Annual Weathersfield Fall Festival - Sept. 24, 2016

Are you part of a non-profit and/or community organization looking for ways to fundraise? Join the first annual Weathersfield Fall Festival on Sept. 24, 2016.

Come enjoy the autumn beauty and community celebration.
It's easy to participate.


Choose what portion of the community dinner you'd like to make and sell at Weathersfield School from (5:00p – 7:30p). We'll have live music.
For example, you can choose to make and sell:
• Popcorn ($2/bag)
• Fruit Kabobs ($3)
• Cheese and crackers/bread ($4)
• Corn on the cob ($3)
• Pizza by the slice ($3)
• Some type of meat (chicken, beef, etc) on a stick grilled ($3/4)
• Dessert table/booth ($1-3)

There will be no need to collect cash. Instead, we'll sell tickets for $1 each. You collect the tickets for what you sell. At the end of the evening, your organization turns in the tickets and we give you cash.

 All you have to do is decide what you want to sell (dollar increments only), prepare your food, set up your booth and collect tickets for what you sell.
