SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On this date, this officer received a be-on-the-look-out call for a possibly intoxicated operator that was all over the roadway and coming off of I91 SB at exit 9 and headed towards Windsor. After assisting Windsor PD with another stop, Officer Norton went looking for the suspect vehicle. Officer Norton stopped the motor vehicle on US Route 5 N after observing it to be all over the roadway. The male operator, Mr. Martel, was subsequently taken into custody for possible DUI. He was further cited and released, to appear in Windsor Superior Court, Criminal Division on July 15, 2014.
