Ascutney, Vt. — Victor P. Jarvis, 91, a longtime resident of Ascutney,
passed away Monday evening, Feb. 1, 2016, at the Mt. Ascutney Hospital
and Health Center in Windsor.
Arrangements are pending with the Knight
Funeral Home in Windsor.
